The conference, curated by Media Insight Consulting, will take place in Amsterdam on 4 & 5 February 2016.
Will Page – Director of Economic Development, Spotify (UK)
Will Page is the Director of Economics at Spotify. Since joining Spotify, he has presented new insights on the Anatomy of a Hit in a digital age covering artists like Lorde, Mr Probz and Meghan Trainor. He was previously the Chief Economist at PRS for Music where he pioneered work on the Long Tail and Radiohead’s In Rainbows. His work has been covered in the Financial Times, The Economist and major broadsheets and blogs.

Sammy Andrews – Head of Digital, Cooking Vinyl / Director, Sabotage New Media (UK)
Sammy is at the forefront of the digital landscape, which includes leading the charge for a coordinated indie playlist strategy. In her role at Cooking Vinyl, Sammy heads up campaigns including Billy Bragg, The Prodigy, Marilyn Manson, and Carl Barat. She also runs Sabotage New Media and has worked with artists including Annie Lennox, Robyn, and Skunk Anansie. Sammy was named in Music Week’s 2015 30 Under 30 list.

FastForward is focussed on connecting the next generation of leaders and breaking down silos that exist in the industry today. In addition to the content above, there are up to seven opportunities to meet peers in a variety of social settings.
Meet the Speaker sessions to be held on both days of the conference are dedicated networking sessions, which will ensure that the delegates have the opportunity to make contact with the speakers who will make FastForward 2016 a compelling, must-attend event.
FastForward 2016 has limited capacity to 120 delegates, to ensure the development of a close-knit community and to allow networking at a much higher efficiency than at larger music business conferences. It is hoped that this will encourage all who attend to ‘continue the conversation’ via the contacts they make in Amsterdam long after the event finishes.
